Capacity Building
Oak Centre builds capacity through a diverse faculty of practitioners and scholars working at the intersection of information integrity, conflict sensitivity, civic technology, and public accountability. We translate global standards into practical skills that fit local contexts and languages, and we tailor delivery to partner needs.
Training is hands-on and outcome-focused. We deliver short courses, clinics, reporting labs, mentoring sprints, and executive briefings, supported by toolkits and on-call advisory.
Participants work on real use cases from their organisations, apply lessons immediately, and leave with implementable plans rather than certificates alone. Follow-on coaching, a rapid-response helpdesk, and alumni exchanges help to sustain gains after the classroom.
