Connect with WASH is a public-facing Progressive Web App that embeds digital governance and civic engagement in Nigeria’s urban water sector reform. Acting as an institutional interface between citizens and State Water Boards, it uses interactive storytelling, gamified learning and real-time feedback loops to demystify service delivery and support reciprocal accountability.

Within the broader E-WASH programme, the platform demonstrates how citizen-centred technology can strengthen policy, legal, institutional and regulatory reforms.

Its design is scalable and future-facing, reinforcing transparency, responsiveness and long-term sector sustainability. Connect with WASH offers a practical model for embedding participation within essential public services.
